We post on Tuesday and Fridays. Please get in touch if you need an Express post order sent sooner and we will see what we can do.

You’ll be emailed tracking details once the artwork is ready for dispatch.

Lead times:

Original Artworks: Please allow one week to allow for varnishing and framing.

A3 and A4 prints generally post within 3 days.

A1, A0 and stretched canvas prints: Please allow up to one week for your print to be custom made before standard shipping times.

As a small business, we’re sometimes away and delivery may take a little longer than anticipated.  We’re very grateful for your patience and understanding on the rare occasion that happens - we will be in touch to let you know of any delays in this instance.

Damaged Goods

Where an artwork is found to be damaged please contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the situation immediately. 

Returns Refund Policy

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are unhappy please get in contact with us within 48 hours. We will always try and find the best solution.

Refund Policy

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and returned in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping invoice. Once this is paid we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
