Where an artwork is found to be damaged please contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the situation immediately.

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are unhappy please get in contact with us within 48 hours. We will always try and find the best solution.

Refund Policy

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and returned in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping invoice. Once this is paid we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
